Transportation

Highway

Adjacent to U.S. 641N with 4 lane limited access to I-24 and I-69. Distance to I-69 is 14 miles with distance to I-24 being 34 miles east and 24 miles to the north.

Air

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is located 124 miles from Murray-West via 4 lane limited access and interstate. The airport serves 520 flights per day and is served by 16 major airlines.

Barkley Regional Airport (PAH) is located 46 miles from Murray and has twice daily flights to and from Chicago O’Hare airport via commuter jets with United Express.

Kyle-Oakley Field (CEY) is located less than 5 miles from Murray – West industrial Park and is ideal for Corporate Jets and private service. With a runway of 6,200’ Jet A fuel and new terminal, Kyle Oakley regularly services aircraft from the smallest single engine to large Corporate Jets.

Riverport

The Paducah – McCracken Riverport is located 37 miles from Murray – West Industrial Park.

Utilities

Electrical Service

Provided by TVA generation distributed by West Kentucky Rural Electric. The site is fed by dual substations with automatic switching and approximately 50 MVA excess capacity

Natural Gas

Distributed via the City of Murray’s 6” high pressure line with 4” service on site. The City system is fed by Interstate transmission lines operated by Texas Gas and ANR thus ensuring high reliability and cost competitiveness.

Water

Also provided by the City of Murray with a 12” line on site as well as a 500,000 gallon elevated storage tank. Excess capacity is over 3.5mm gpd.

Wastewater

Provided by the City of Murray with an 8” gravity flow line on site. Currently, excess capacity is about 1.0mm gpd but will soon increase dramatically with completion of a new treatment facility.

Served primarily by Murray Electric Company with speeds available up to 1 GBps. AT&T and others are available as well.
